1. Introduction
Welcome to BookMyGame. BookMyGame provides a technology platform that enables customers to discover and book sports facilities offered by independent merchants.
By creating an account, accessing the application, or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
BookMyGame / Platform / Application / Company / We / Us / Our: means BookMyGame and its mobile
applications, website, technology services, employees, administrators, and authorized representatives.
Customer: a registered user who uses BookMyGame to discover or book sports facilities.
Merchant: a registered venue owner or authorized operator who lists sports facilities on BookMyGame.
Booking: a reservation made through BookMyGame.
Venue: a sports facility listed by a merchant.
3. Platform Role
BookMyGame acts as a technology intermediary connecting customers with independent sports venue owners and merchants.
BookMyGame does not own, operate, manage, supervise, or control the sports facilities listed by merchants and does not guarantee their condition, availability, quality, legality, or suitability. Merchants remain responsible for their facilities, personnel, equipment, permissions, and operations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, arrive on time, comply with venue rules, and use facilities responsibly.
Customers must not make fraudulent bookings, misuse accounts, harass users or venue staff, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants agree to maintain accurate listings, pricing, operating hours and slot availability; honor confirmed bookings; maintain safe playing conditions; and obtain required licenses and permissions.
6. Age Requirements
Users should meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the services and applicable law. Where a minor uses a sports facility, the merchant and/or parent or legal guardian remains responsible for applicable supervision and consent requirements.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
BookMyGame may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or listing for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, repeated cancellations, safety concerns, unlawful activity, or material policy violations.
8. Sports Activity and Liability
Sports activities involve inherent risks. Customers should assess their fitness and follow venue safety instructions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BookMyGame is not responsible for injuries, property damage, venue conditions, merchant actions, or customer misconduct.
9. Force Majeure
BookMyGame will not be responsible for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, power failures, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events.
10. Changes to Terms
BookMyGame may update these Terms & Conditions. Where required, users will be notified and may be required to accept the updated version.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
